Delete Your LookSolve Account

1. Fill in the form below with the email address of your LookSolve account, or email support@looksolve.app from that address.

2. We confirm the request comes from the account holder by replying to that email address.

3. Once confirmed, we delete the account and its data and let you know when it is done.

If you are signed in to the app, you can also delete your account yourself: open Profile → Delete Account.

When your account is deleted we remove, as applicable:

• your account information and profile
• photos you uploaded and the descriptions you wrote
• AI results and follow-up answers
• your History and Saved items
• notes, titles and status information you added to results
• notification preferences and other account-associated application data

We may keep limited information only where reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, tax or regulatory obligations, or to resolve disputes — and only for as long as those purposes require. We do not apply a fixed retention period to this information.

Deleted information may also remain temporarily in encrypted or system backups until those backups are overwritten or expire under normal retention procedures.

Payments are handled by Stripe. If you have a paid membership, cancel it before deleting your account; Stripe keeps its own billing records as required by law.
