LookSolve is a product operated by Diverse Group Solution LLC ("Diverse Group Solution," "we," "us" or "our"). By creating a LookSolve account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use LookSolve.
LookSolve is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, use LookSolve or hold a membership. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if we learn an under-18 person has created an account we may close it and delete the associated information, subject to records we must retain for security, billing, tax, legal or dispute-resolution purposes.
When you create an account you must affirmatively accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We record the date and time of your acceptance and which version of each document you accepted. If we materially change either document, we may ask you to review and accept the updated version before continuing.
Keep your sign-in details private — activity on your account is your responsibility.
LookSolve gives AI-assisted information based on the photos and details you provide. It helps you understand, identify, compare, decide and plan — it does not perform inspections, repairs or professional services.
LookSolve uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate results. These systems may produce results that are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or inappropriate for your situation.
Every LookSolve result is informational guidance only. Results are not guaranteed diagnoses, inspections, determinations, quotes, appraisals, professional opinions or assurances of safety, and must not be relied on as any of those things.
Using LookSolve does not create any professional, advisory or fiduciary relationship between you and Diverse Group Solution LLC. LookSolve is not a substitute for services from a licensed or qualified electrician, plumber, mechanic, contractor, engineer, attorney, accountant, medical professional, insurance professional or other specialist when one is required.
When LookSolve detects evidence of a serious hazard it will tell you to stop and get professional help and will withhold do-it-yourself steps. Never ignore that. For gas, fire, smoke, electrical hazards, structural damage or unsafe vehicle braking or steering, contact emergency services or a qualified professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number first.
The absence of a LookSolve safety warning does not mean a condition is safe. You must stop and obtain qualified help whenever a condition appears dangerous, uncertain, outside your skill level, or legally requires a licensed professional. Do not rely on LookSolve for emergency response — it is not an emergency service.
You decide whether to act on anything LookSolve tells you. You are solely responsible for:
LookSolve costs $1.99 per month. New members get a 3-day free trial, and a valid payment card is required to start it; $0 is due at the start of the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership begins automatically and $1.99 is charged, then renews each month until you cancel.
You can cancel any time from your Profile. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable.
Diverse Group Solution LLC may change LookSolve subscription pricing in the future. Any price change will be communicated in advance when required by law and will apply prospectively. Users may cancel before a new price takes effect if they do not wish to continue.

You keep ownership of the photos and information you upload. You grant Diverse Group Solution LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, transmit and process that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and provide LookSolve and the requested results. You represent that you have the right to upload anything you submit. This license does not grant LookSolve the right to sell your content or use it for advertising. LookSolve's name, design, software and content remain ours, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
LookSolve may show YouTube videos, links to official manufacturer documentation, and Google Maps searches. Those services are run by others, have their own terms, and we don't control or guarantee their content, prices or availability.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Diverse Group Solution LLC and its owners, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your misuse of LookSolve; (b) unlawful content you upload; (c) your infringement or violation of any third party's rights; or (d) your violation of these Terms.
LookSolve is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We make no warranty that third-party content, prices, videos, availability or links will remain current, accurate or available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LookSolve and Diverse Group Solution LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss, injury, cost or damage arising from work you carry out based on a result. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. These exclusions and limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
LookSolve may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features, providers or integrations at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or always available, and we are not liable for outages, delays or failures caused by maintenance, third-party providers or events beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these terms or the service; significant changes will be posted here with a new date and, where appropriate, communicated in the app or by email. You can stop using LookSolve at any time, and we may suspend or terminate access for: violation of these Terms; unlawful activity; fraud or attempted fraud; security threats; abuse or interference with LookSolve or its providers; or non-payment.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce that provision on a later occasion.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. Diverse Group Solution LLC may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.
Entire agreement. These Terms and the policies incorporated into them constitute the entire agreement between you and Diverse Group Solution LLC regarding your use of LookSolve, except for any terms presented separately for a specific service.
